Where's the love for RE6?

So I'm aware that a lot of people are dissapointed with the game for various reasons, including controls and some new characters which I can agree on. But am I the only one who thinks that the storyline was somewhat decent and not a total shitty gaming experience? And the graphics aren't all that bad either. I mean, I played it thinking it was going to be an overall bad experience like everyone exaggerated it to be and it was actually pretty enjoyable. It starts off with some cool cutscenes and then you're thrust into the action. You have Leon running around dodging and shooting things and Ada using her grappling hook to shoot from building to building like Spiderman. And we have Sherry Birkins all grown up and Helena Harper as a new addition to the team... Helena Harper wasn't all that bad, she has some pretty cool moves. Co-op is pretty nice too and the Mercenaries mode was fun. Look I know it's definitely not the best Resident Evil game out there, but it's still pretty enjoyable. Like is there anything anyone did like about RE6? I think RE fans are just really picky. RE4 got one of the highest ratings for a Resident Evil game and yet people still complain about it; I get that the game itself was a fun experience, but people mainly complained about how different it was from other Resident Evil games. I mean it pisses me off too when popular game series like Resident Evil start off making the games a certain way that the fans get accustomed to and fall in love with and then later on switch it all around with new shit to the point that it doesn't even feel like you're playing a game from the same series; I wish for once they would actually stick with the original. But graphics keep being updated and storyline keeps getting added to and nothing is ever the same as the original. However most game series are like that, like LoZ for example. In Twilight Princess, Link transforms into a wolf and Navi is exchanged with Midna and it pissed me off because it totally fucked with the original story. But nevertheless it was still undeniably a well-made game and fun to play at parts. There's very few game series that remain loyal to the original game.
